All Levels Yoga
DESCRIPTION:
This 1-hour online yoga class with Michelle Spurlock, offered Wednesdays at 9am, is a slow-flow yoga class appropriate for all levels. Each class begins with a short contemplation centered around mindfulness. Then we focus on deep breathing as we flow between yoga poses that build strength and flexibility while relieving tension and stress. Plenty of pose options are given for both yoga beginners and more experienced practitioners so you can tailor the class to your own level. A yoga mat, yoga blocks and a strap can be helpful but aren't required. (Two thick books and a scarf also work well as blocks and a strap!) BOOKING OUR ONLINE CLASSES: Our online classes need to booked at least 10 hours before class time. When you book, you will receive a confirmation email with a link and password to join us via Zoom. Just click on the link from your computer 5 minutes prior to your booked class time. (If you choose to join via tablet or mobile phone, you'll need to download the Zoom app first.)
